We share FOB pricing per SKU with verified buyers - it depends on formula, packaging choice and order volume, so we quote precisely instead of publishing misleading numbers. Request the catalog first, then tell us your target SKUs and we reply with FOB prices within 24 working hours.

Lab samples ship in 3-5 working days worldwide. Sample cost is refunded or deducted from your first bulk order. You test texture, actives and packaging before committing to production - no pressure.

The standard project includes 2 rounds of formula adjustment after the first lab sample. Additional rounds are quoted separately before any work starts - never billed unexpectedly afterwards. Each sampling cycle takes 3-5 working days plus shipping.

Typical bulk production: 15-20 working days after packaging materials are confirmed. Add 5-10 days for packaging design and compliance documents if starting from scratch. We confirm a written timeline at project kickoff and update you at each milestone.

FOB, CIF and DDP. We hold a self-operated import/export license - customs declaration, MSDS, certificate of origin and Free Sale support are handled in-house. Door-to-door delivery available for most markets.

We prepare ingredient labels (INCI) and market-specific compliance documents based on your brief - including the regulatory files for common destinations (EU, SEA, Middle-East). Final market-side approval (local registration, claims language) is confirmed jointly, and the responsibility boundary is written into the OEM contract. Our base complies with China's Safety & Technical Standards and EU 1223/2009 reference limits. Formulas can be screened against your destination market's restricted list before sampling - tell us your target market early so compliance is designed in, not patched later.

Yes. Custom formulas and packaging designs developed for you belong to you, protected by NDA and IP/exclusivity clauses in our standard OEM contract. We do not resell your exclusive formula or artwork to other buyers for the agreed exclusivity period and territory.

Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T bank transfer). Established partners may qualify for adjusted terms after several successful orders. Samples are paid in advance.

Every batch ships with a COA and third-party test reports. If a verified quality issue is attributable to manufacturing, we replace the affected batch or refund - terms are defined in the contract before the first order, so there is a clear, agreed procedure instead of a dispute.
