What is your MOQ?
Ready-to-sample formulas start from 500 sets / 1,000 pcs per SKU; custom development typically from 1,000-3,000 pcs depending on packaging. First-time buyers may combine SKUs in one production batch to reach the MOQ.
Can I get a price list?
Yes - FOB pricing per SKU is shared with verified buyers. Because price depends on formula, packaging and volume, we quote precisely instead of publishing misleading numbers. Get the catalog first, then tell us your target price range.
What is the sample policy?
Lab samples ship worldwide in 3-5 working days. Sample cost is refunded or deducted from your first bulk order - you test texture, actives and packaging before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Typical bulk production takes 15-20 working days after packaging materials are confirmed (add 5-10 days if packaging design and compliance documents start from scratch). A written timeline is fixed at project kickoff.
Which shipping terms do you support?
FOB, CIF and DDP. We hold a self-operated import/export license - customs declaration, MSDS, certificate of origin and Free Sale support are handled in-house, with door-to-door delivery for most markets.
Are products compliant for export to my market?
Our base complies with China's Safety & Technical Standards and EU 1223/2009 reference limits. Formulas are screened against your destination market's restricted list before sampling - just tell us the target market early.
Is my formula and packaging design protected?

Standard: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment by T/T bank transfer. Established partners may qualify for adjusted terms after several successful orders; samples are paid in advance.
